ISA was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in New York City with regional offices in New Jersey, California, and Florida. The company manages and advises security and protection on both a large-scale and personal level in addition to providing private investigator services.
ISA specializes in analysis and execution of high-threat level security programs as well as investigative services for corporations and the legal community worldwide. Our services include threat assessment and management, executive and family protection, security training and briefing, evacuation training, workplace security, emergency preparedness, and security supervision.
ISA provides only highly-trained security personnel. Additionally, we provide security management of in-house security staff of organizations in order to provide a higher level of management and reduce costs.
Since 1982, ISA has served a wide variety of clients, providing them with investigative and special research services. Utilizing a network of associates, ISA can rapidly obtain facts and information from anywhere in the world. We have extensive experience in obtaining background and financial information on individuals and corporations, as well as investigating corporate fraud and copyright/patent violations. ISA serves as the US local investigative contractor for the Commercial Crime Section of the International Chamber of Commerce (London).

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
A former Commanding Officer of the NYPD Crime Prevention Division with 30 years of experience and training, earning him recognition as one of our country’s leading experts in assessing security requirements and planning security operations.
A former Special Agent of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, who directs counter-terrorism, executive protection, and special events services . His assignments included managing security operations of consulates and special events for the Israeli government at stations around the world including Russia, Eastern Europe, and in the United States. He is a graduate of the Israeli Security Agency and former Commanding Officer in the Israeli Defense Force.
A former Special Agent of the FBI and Special Agent of the IRS Intelligence Division, who leads our investigative unit. He has 25 years of experience in the investigation of financial crime and the identification of corporate and personal assets.
Our President, who has served as a Detective/Investigator of the Organized Crime Bureau, NY District Attorney’s office, Supervising Investigator of the Escape/Fugitive Unit of the New York City Department of Correction, and Chief Investigator of the Internal Security Unit, New York Fire Department.
